Downtown Seattle, Orientation, and Swimming! :D

Last week was really fun, so I'll tell you about it! :D

THURSDAY

My mom and I went to downtown Seattle! First we went to Pike Place Market, then to the Space Needle. AND I ACTUALLY WENT UP IT! 

~Story time~

So, a few years ago on New Year's, my cousin (5 years younger than me) and her parents and our grandma came down from up north, and we met at the Space Needle. I got in an argument with my mom (like always) before we went to the Space Needle, and my dad wouldn't let me go up, while my cousin and her family went up. 

After the Space Needle, we went to the EMP, and saw a REAL DALEK! Well, one that was used in an episode. And Captain Kirk's chair, and Uhura's outfit. 

FRIDAY :D

I had my freshman orientation! And it was boring! :( The high school section of my school is a hallway. There is no way to get lost. Well, there are some classes downstairs, but they're all easy to find. 

Then my BFFL and I went swimming and it was so much fun! And I hate swimming, so that's saying something. We got FroYo at Peaks, and it was amazing. Then we went to a really cool park. 

That's pretty much it. 

SCHOOL STARTS IN TWO DAYS AND I'M NOT DONE WITH MY SUMMER HOMEWORK YET ;ALSJDHFPQEHR

^Story of my life. I have to annotate The Hobbit and write an essay still. I need to have 5 annotations per chapter! I've pretty much started circling random things and making a vague reference to one of the things I have to annotate about. Good thing the essay is 300-500 words! I can write 5,000 words a day if I try, so that'll be good! :D
